Our client is an instantly recognisable organisation that is well respected across the Media industry. Exceptional growth and acquisitions have led the business to seek a bright commercial individual to work in Group Reporting within Commercial Finance. Key areas of the role will include:- Development of a detailed understanding of the Group and its structure, to enable the team to respond promptly to issues affecting Group companied, involving liaising with Commercial Finance, Strategic Planning Group, Legal, Treasury, Company Secretarial and tax- Working with the IFRS team on the transition of the Groups statutory entities to IFRS- Assistance for in developing the system for reporting, forecasting and payment of dividends and distributable resreves between Group companies.You will be a Newly Qualified Accountant, preferably ACA Qualified and have a strong academic background with proven Commercial flair.
