Description:

Working as part of a team to deliver critical business information to key users in an effective & timely manner. Provideperformance analysis on key areas of responsibility and to provide financial information and commercial analysis tosupport the CFO & CEO in their decision making. Improving financial awareness & control within the business and workingwith the wider finance team to deliver first class financial information.Clear management and understanding of the company P&L, ensuring all variances are understood through working withdivisional finance teams and P&L line owners.Ownership and support on IT costs head office, telephones and systems maintenance. Ensuring that IT manager anddirector have accountability for their costs.Weekly trading reports are produced and issued in a timely manner (Rotated within team)Production of periodic management accounts pack, and running the month end close for the business with specificresponsibility for P&L.Preparation and review of the rolling 12 period forecast, with accountability for understanding the key drivers of changein the business performance, ensuring that risks and opportunities are identified. (Rotated within team)Co-ordinate the quarterly and annual forecasting cycle, understanding the key drivers of variances to budget and prioryear. (Specific responsibility for P&L)
