My client is a leading organisation in its industry and is now looking to recruit a Financial Controller to be basedeither in South Wales or Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong qualified accountant with a proven trackrecord in management of virtual teams, change management and continual improvement.Responsible for the production and reporting of all financial information for one area of the business, the main dutieswill include:- Ensure all information provided is accurate- Understand and continuously improve internal processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency- Forecasts and budgets- Support the operational management team by providing clear direction and advice on the financial processes andprocedures- Manage and control the sales & orders position- Control margin levels and risk in accordance with contracts won- Fully familiar with the internal business processes- Analysis and comments to measure and gaps between forecast and actual- Identify and monitor any risks or exposures and advise management accordingly- Participate in the decision making process within the Group providing ideas on how to improve profitabilityCandidates must be qualified with a minimum of 3 years PQE. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.There is an element of travel involved with the role to include South Wales, Berkshire and London. Remuneration dependenton experience including excellent company benefits.
