Key areas of responsibility will include designing, building and validating detailed financial evaluation models,including sensitivity and scenario analysis for project and transaction proposals, advising staff and advisers on bestpractice relating to the financial evaluation models, undertaking analysis of proposal submissions to ensure theidentification of full costing and benefits assesment has been made, and developing models to provide analysis and advicein the forthcoming renegotiation of the PFI contracts.Degree educated with a recognised professional accountancy qualification the successful candidate will have experience indesigning, building and validating models in excel incorporating profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cashflows,funding structures, key ratio analysis and shareholder scenario analysis, translating complex project options intofinancial models and undertaking sensitivity and alternative scenario analysis, and have knowledge of funding structureoptions, investment appraisal and project finance. |
