Responsible for a GBP multi-million annual budget you will be responsible for the line management of a team of development staff (5-8 - skilled in Java, C++, Sybase, Unix), and virtual teams based offshore. The successful applicants will report into the Senior Programme Manager, Fixed Income Trading Business Managers, and various other Senior Management across EMEA and the US.
