Opportunity for experienced project manager to join international TelCo in the capacity of IT Service Delivery Manager. This role takes accountability for the delivery of internal Architecture which enables the company to provide TelCo services to its global customer base. With ownership of the entire project lifecycle, the service delivery manager will help define requirements, functionality & architecture & manage the entire implementation process through to operational readiness, to include testing & signoff. Your responsibility will include timely & costly delivery of IT services which meet the needs of this fast paced & dynamic business through the management of internal resources, third party suppliers and vendors. In order to meet the demands of this challenging role, we require a senior project management with a min of 3 years experience developing & managing the delivery of services within a telecoms company. Will have used MS Visio or another process modelling tool. You should possess experience of Billing, CRM, Provisioning, OSS, BSS, Financial & other Business Applications. Budgetary, man & SLA management experience essential.
