Our client are a leading digital agency looking for a Senior Flash Developer. The right applicant will have fullresponsibility for all Flash based work produced by the agency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in theindustry and will be thoroughly experienced in all areas of Flash development, including AS1&2, Flash game developmentand Flash video. Commercial experience of Rich Media production, modular Flash websites, Flash video integration andoptimisation are a must. Working knowledge of Flash Comm Server, Java, PHP, ASP, JSP, Director, 3D modelling, motiongraphics and video editing are advantageous. You will be passionate about the possibilities for developing within theinteractive space and will be able to provide examples of compelling work that demonstrates this. Our client are a verycreatively-led agency so you will need to have a strong creative vision and will work with the creative teams to developscoping proposals for future work. They need someone who is as excited about creative digital development and constantlyresearching what developments are new and exciting within the industry. You will be responsible for determining where theagency needs to be in this respect and how they are going to get there. You will devise development plans for the agencyand staff alike.
