Job Description:Exciting opportunity in new Hotel in Hemel Hempstead.Premier Travel Inn is the UK's No 1 hotel network, with over 450 hotels nationwide. The company is a merger of 2 greatbrands - Travel Inn and Premier Lodge and is part of Whitbread Plc, the UK's leading Hospitality Company.The key responsibilities of the role are:1) Manage the food and beverage operation to ensure Premier Travel Inn brand standards are delivered at all times.2) Manage the recruitment, training and development activity of all food and beverage team members.3) Lead, motivate and coach team members to ensure Premier Travel Inn standards are delivered and to support successionplanning across the brand.4) Maximise food and beverage sales and implement appropriate incentives to support the development of the business.5) Control all food and beverage related costs in line with budgets in order to achieve profit targets.6) Ensure all legal standards are maintained in terms of health and safety, fire and security for customers and teammembers.7) Carry out Duty Management as required.Requirements:Graduate level or equivalent.F and B management experience.Experience of working with a budget and financial data.Experience of leading and motivating a team.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.Good level of numeracy and literacy and able to use PC.Able to use own initiative.Excellent planning and control skills.Technical skills in the areas of food hygiene, food handling and other F and B related health and safety requirements.Job Division: HotelsLocation: Hertfordshire |
