The recent acquisition of Premier Lodge by Travel Inn has lead to the creation of Premier Travel Inn - two great brands coming together to create the largest hotel brand in the UK.The key responsibilities of the role are:1. To take customers order and explain specials for that evening.2. Ensure that all timings are in place with regards to starters, main meals and desserts in line with brand standards.3. To maintain throughout service, the clean appearance and correct lay up of tables, crockery and glass wear.4. To advise customers of the payment process.5. All cleaning rotas are adhered to and work is carried out to a high standard.Requirements:- Food Beverage experience advantageous.- Financially aware.- Be flexible in work patterns and methods.- Be able to work as part of a team.- Attention to detail.Location: South Yorkshire |
