Principal Accountabilities:Customer Focus:To be attentive and be confident both face to face and on the telephone and to always follow through aspromised/discussed.To quickly and easily build rapport with customers, adapting the sales framework to your own personality, to use a rangeof questions to show interest in the customer to understand their likes as well as their needs.To demonstrate after sales follow up and give a positive impression of First Choice at all times.Interpersonal:To be able to build and maintain good relationships with both team members and customers and to provide support to teammembers and assistance in other shops if required.To be enthusiastic, confident and positive, acknowledging all customers.To develop your own personality into the sales framework, creating a rapport with customers.Be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding with customer's holiday changes and complaints.To benefit yourself and customer by bringing your manager into sales conversation.Commercial Awareness:To have knowledge and understanding of targets for both yourself and your shop and apply this commercially.To consistently achieve all targets set and have a detailed knowledge of campaign incentives.To ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction whilst still minimising exposure risks.To know key people in the region, division, and First Choice Retail.To have a detailed knowledge of relevant competitor activity to ensure rates are competitive.Product Knowledge:To have a detailed and wide-ranging product knowledge on all currencies, and travellers cheques.To have an up to date knowledge on currencies and rates.Systems, Standards and Procedures:Be able to use all systems in order to sell cheques and currencies correctly.To adhere to all Company standards and procedures including uniform, personal standards and behaviour.To understand and adhere to all Company IT systems, standards and procedures for bureau control.To comply with audit requirements as necessary and ensure security procedures are strictly adhered to as laid down inCompany policy, procedures and standards.Location: Livingston |
