Our client is one of the largest one step specialists in the maintenance, repair and installation of non-domestic gasappliances. As a leading player within this market, the company was recently acquired by a rapidly expanding PLC. Thebusiness is now going through a thorough re-engineering and re-positioning which aims to achieve consistent double digitgrowth. Key to this development will be the appointment of a Business Unit General Manager who can further develop theteam and drive forward growth in profitability and revenues.The Role:Reporting directly to the Divisional Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing professional, innovativeand cost effective solutions to B2B customers by managing the business unit (a multi-services delivery organisationsupplying the SME sector).Be responsible for developing and delivering an explosive strategy through organic growth.Seek to develop the product/service range by expanding the offering into allied and complimentary services.Ensure that the company has the organisational structure, management and employee capability in order to achieve itsbusiness objectives.The Requirements:An ambitious and dynamic individual who has a demonstrable track record of success in running teams within a similarenvironment.
