: In addition to managing all aspects of the facilities management and service provision you will develop this key account by liasing closely with the client, establishing systems/processes and tendering/re-tendering. In addition to the above you will manage and prepare budgets. You will increase sales turnover by developing new business opportunities, negotiating contract renewals and improving profit by effective management of labour. The company also places a great deal of emphasis on quality assurance and complies with ISO 9002 and an internal QA system. You will be a dynamic and customer focused individual. You will be professional in your approach as the role requires the post holder to liase closely with senior management figure both internally and of the clients management team. You will have a clear understanding of the facilities market place and possess both good business acumen plus an in-depth knowledge of competitor activity. Experience of preparing bids including invitations to tender, specifications, development and pricing is advantageous. YOU MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience managing in a similar environment and will be qualified with HND/Degree in hospitality/business studies or equivalent.
