The role will be to undertake earthwork and retaining structure design, from conception through to construction, withinboth the Maintenance and Project areas.To be considered for the role you will have a minimum of two years appropriate experience in an engineering consultancyand some experience of working in a railway environment would be desirable. A good understanding of relevant soilmechanics and experience in earthwork and retaining structure design are essential.The successful candidate will have relevant first degree and possibly an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering / EngineeringGeology. This role requires a valid UK driving licence.In return the company offers excellent training with good prospects for career development.
