Electronic trading platforms within their own internal networks and liasing with other internaldepartments such as Sales, Analytics, Installations & Networks, in order to ensure a seamless level of outstandingcustomer service. Other responsibilities include dealing with suppliers, Field Service engineers & third party on-sitecontractors & meeting departmental project deadlines.Experience of working in a help-desk environment & a general knowledge of IT is highly desirable. Candidates are requiredto demonstrate outstandingcommunication & inter-personal skills and be able to work well in a team environment. Excellent listening, questioningand analytical skills along with the ability to remain calm under pressure & work in a concise, clear & focused mannerare necessary.Fluency in a second European language is ESSENTIAL.Your shift will include some weekend and public holiday cover.
