Grad/Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant London and Wimbledon Salary GBP 18k basic + GBP 50k OTEThey recruit for the IT, Finance and engineering sectors, for contract and perm. Their commitment to expansion, reinvestment and staff development sets them apart from their competitors. The ethos of the company is very young and fast paced. The earning potential in this company is fantastic but people will have to work very hard for their money.You will be part of the Financial IT team, involved in all aspects of recruitment.You will liaise between candidates and clients. Generate New Business from cold calling clients. You will also liaise with existing clients to develop more business. You will negotiate terms and conditions with candidates and clients. You will write advertisements for vacancies to attract candidates. You will offer advice and consultation to candidates and clients on recruitment.The suitable candidate will need to have a strong background in sales or telesales, as well as a desire to be successful and the ability to demonstrate previous success is a must. You will need to be a feisty, confident, enthusiastic and energetic individual. You will be someone who can demonstrate a major triumph in their life, which could be sport, academic or hobby related.
