Grad/Trainee Retail/Fashion Recruitment Consultant- LondonGBP 20k basic + GBP 45k OTEIf you have some sales experience and a bigpersonality and are looking to get into therecruitment industry, this is a great way to start.Our client is a retail, fashion and HR recruiter inLondon. They have one open sales floor and anenvironment that's not for the fainthearted ! Thiswill suit a strong personality who enjoys a bit ofbanter whilst they work - all with the bestintentions and a strong team spirit ! It's a reallysociable culture with a mix of characters and somereally good performers who thrive in the buzzyenvironment.You will start out working the database - iecalling candidates and clients to update detailsand generate leads. This, combined with the inputfrom the rest of the team, will teach you thejargon, the client base and the sector, and willintegrate you into the team as you generate leadsfor them.The plan is that this is a 3 month "training andinduction" period to ground you in the essentialsbefore becoming a fully fledged consultant.A strong character is needed for this environment!You should also have some telesales or field salesexperience, and be looking to get into therecruitment industry.
