: This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduate in Business or Marketing to work for an international market leader within the electronics industry and receive good training and opportunities for career progression in sales, marketing or other business related disciplines. The company deliver software on an international basis and the role will involve promoting education and training courses to customers in the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with the sales, technical and marketing teams to promote and organise successful courses. As such, you will be given an insight into many different areas within the business. This role will suit a goal-orientated and results-driven professional who is able to articulate intangible benefits and has a strong sense of customer service. You will predominantly be involved in following up qualified leads, preparing detailed quotations, negotiating on price, promoting the company's training courses to a variety of organisations, co-ordinating with course instructors to ensure the smooth running of courses and forecasting on future business/ revenue. You will also work with the marketing team in terms of organising events to promote the courses. The majority of your time would be office based, however you will be involved in travelling occasionally to meet key customers, accompanied by a technical representative. This role will suit an ambitious business/ marketing graduate who is interested in ultimately having autonomy for their own business area. Full product training will be provided and excellent opportunity for career progression exists in several different areas. Previous sales experience would be beneficial, but non-essential for the right candidate. The salary will be c. GBP 18-19K (depending on experience) plus good commission (c. GBP 3K).
