Successful candidates will have a minimum 2:1 degree, less than 2 years post-graduate experience of software development, knowledge and experience of Java and/or J2EE technologies, and an understanding of Relational Database development. XML, HTML and JavaScript knowledge is beneficial, as is experience of Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development.
