Graduate Planners!! SheffieldThe Key responsibility will be Tender Planning, which includes appraising the Tender Documents; applying outputs and resources to projects; Site visits; producing linked bar chart programme highlighting critical activities; and reviewing method statements and phasing diagrams. Other responsibilities will include presenting to Management/Site Teams; Attending pre-qualification interviews; Providing up-front planning/programming advice to Clients; Producing S-curves based on activity weeks; and producing the Design and Procurement programme. Commercially minded, highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible, the successful applicants must also be able to work in a team envirmonment. Skills HNC in Building or Degree in Construction Management, You will need to be a planner with a proven track record of completing multimillion pound sites on time and successfully.
