Our client, are the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and supply chain optimisation services andare looking for IT sales executives/internal sales to join the team.This exciting internal sales/account manager opportunity will involve working within a team to make outbound telephonecalls within the SME/VAR sectors to promote the companys IT products and services and to increase the value of managedaccounts. As well as a high proportion of time spent on making calls there will also be tasks completed throughE-commerce/EDI and fax.Other duties will involve taking customer orders, providing information on the product and its availability etc andproviding pricing and quotations to customers. Candidates will become involved in improving their product knowledge toconsistently meet and exceed targets and on going training will be provided.Candidates must be articulate and able to build relationships with clients, be self motivated and resilient and have theability to work to targets and close sales. A high level of professionalism and the ability to provide solutions toclients requirements is required. The ideal candidate will have either 1-2+ years experience working within a callcentre/customer service environment or will have 1-2 + years in a commercial telesales/sales environment ideally withinthe IT industry.The company offer comprehensive product training and superb career progression with a full benefits package included.Package is 12500-17500 OTE 21k+. |
