About the roleWe are currently looking to recruit a graduate Surveyor to work in the Trafford Park, Manchester offices of a firm ofproperty surveyors.The Role:Graduate in the professional services department assisting with a varied caseload of rent reviews, lease renewals, ratingappeals and valuation work. Must be conscientious, ambitious and hard working. Driving licence essential.Benefits:Company car, healthcare, hours of work generally 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri depending on the workload of the office. 20 daysholiday for the first three years then rising by one day per year to 25 days. Stakeholder pension scheme if required.Company profit share, which is discretionary and based on the previous year's performance.Location: ManchesterStart date: 14/11/2005 |
