: As Graduate Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development of suitable secondment opportunities within and external to the company. You will be implementing a two year individual graduate development programme in conjunction with line managers together with the rovision of suitable training opportunities for graduates from the analysis of development plans. You will ensure understand responsibilities with regard to the Companys Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards. Ideally with an engineering background, you will have a degree/HNC qualification in a relevant subject or considerable equivalent practical experience. You will have a general understanding of Warhead science, engineering, materials and operations with an understanding of management principles and practice. Some warhead engineering experience is required as is proven experience in a Managerial role with a training and development experience. You must be able to give guidance on process and policy to senior management, have leadership ability with excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a team environment. You must be computer literate in Microsoft Office products. |
