Although we are a technical recruitment consultancy, our consultants have studied a wide range ofacademic subjects - graduates from a business, sports, arts, languages or humanities degree base develop successfulcareers with us. Of greatest importance is a personality which is affable and easy-going, yet competitive and ambitious.As a graduate trainee at Matchtech Group plc your duties will include developing business relationships with clients andselling our recruitment service. You will be assessing applicants skills and abilities and putting them forward forinterview.Immediate opportunities are available at our offices in Whiteley, Hampshire.What does our programme offer?We offer a basic salary of GBP 15K - GBP 17K. In the first year you should expect to earn up to GBP 26K OTE.
