GROUP COMMERCIAL MANAGERLONDONPFIPACKAGE TO GBP 55,000Our client operates large scale contracts, particularly in the PFI market, the result of a successful partnership withtheir sister company.Based in the London area, due to continued expansion they now seek a highly motivated individual with excellentcommunication skills.Reporting to the Finance Director you will manage the commercial reporting of the operations. In this key role, you willalso co-ordinate the commercial mobilisation of new contacts by putting in place the appropriate financial, contractualand site-based resources and management controls. You will have knowledge of Private Financial Initiative contracts,payment mechanisms, and life cycle fund management. You will manage all contractual claims and be responsible for theproduction of management accounts across each of the contracts through a structure of commercial managers and operationssupport analysts.A confident leader you will be accustomed to working in a service lead environment and have excellent client liaisonskills. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be a Chartered Accountant or CIMA qualified with substantialexperience of facilities management. You will have excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills with the ability tocope with the demands of realising a new contract and consolidating it successfully. |
