Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for Handover Administrator for a reputable telecommunications company.Liaising with the Clients Build and Regional Managers to ensure that scheduled delivery of handovers takes place withinthe stipulated process and time-scales.Ensuring that the handover activities delegated within the network Fm are on track, highlighting any shortfalls inadvance of the event.Having knowledge and understanding of the Clients handover criteria and requirements and giving the customer confidencethat they are dealing with professional representatives of the company who are able to assist with their queries.Updating and issuing information to appropriate internal customers to ensure that they have current and accurateinformation relating to the clients handover status and activity.Planning and Co-ordinating administrative records for the team ensuring that the management of general administration oftechnical support is co-ordinated on a daily basis.Acting as a team co-ordination point able to take responsibility for the communication and dissemination of informationand action requests relating to handover and technical support.Understands how they can make optimum use of current IT particularly from an administrative perspective. So ensuring thatIT is used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in the production of handover and technical records adding valueto the business.Understands Word, Power Point and Excel in order to produce detailed presentations, spreadsheets and documents using themost efficient, presentable and easy-to-read method appropriate for the audience.The ideal candidate will have 3 years' Post Qualification Experience.Experience in activities within similar organisation.Experience in working in a highly customer focused environment.Experience in dealing with Customers at Senior levels.Experience and understanding of the technical language surrounding cell site handover and operation.Experience of operating co-operatively within a team.Experience in the definition and delivery of high quality MI and reporting.Location: LeedsWhen replying please quote the customer reference number 048102689 for a speedy reply. |
