You will need to be a natural born leader and be able to inspire other engineers within the team. You should have at least 5 years commercial experience in product design in manufacturing environment and previously selected technology direction for new products. The role requires excellent knowledge of high speed digital, microprocessor circuit and some analogue design. You should also be familiar with VHDL design synthesis and tools sets and also have knowledge of audio compression / DSP.
