You will have detailed understanding of the tools/techniques involved in safety assessments and a critical eye for detail. You also have detailed understanding in most of the following areas and at least a working knowledge in each: Safety Engineering Tools and Techniques - Production/management of required documentation as part of a Safety Case or Safety Dossier, as required by standards. Safety Engineering Assessment Techniques and supporting tools. Hazard Identification (SWIFT, HAZOP, SHARD, Functional Failure Analysis), Hazard Assessment and development of Safety Arguments.
