Healthcare Recruitment consultant Our Client is one of Londons largest Healthcare and Nursing agencies that specialises in the supply of temporary nursing care staff to the healthcare industry. They provide a professional/personalised service through its national network of branches. They are continually expanding and looking for good experienced recruitment consultants to join their recent success. In return you will be given excellent training, working in a lively office and the earnings potential is excellent due to the continuous buoyant market sector.Recruitment Consultant General: An exciting opportunity for either a trainee or consultant, recruitment experience not necessarily required, however a strong sales background is essential. You must have drive, enthusiasm and focus. Be organised and have excellent communication skills. Recruitment Consultant key responsibilities: Interviewing & selecting appropriately, care staff ensuring that Company Recruitment Policy and all relevant legislation is adhered to at all times Ensuring that all the relevant paperwork pertaining to care staff is completed at interview and kept regularly updated Participate in various incentives to recruit new candidates, including: exhibitions, recruitment fairs, open days, posters in appropriate venues Taking bookings from clients, allocating the most appropriate staff member, ensuring that they have the relevant qualifications/experience Marketing the Companys services to clients both in the public and private sectors to include: Make new business calls, undertaking visits to prospective and existing clients, participate in exhibitions Maintenance of all staff, client and contact files in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures Assist in organising the provision of training for care staff Ensuring that the Policies of the Company are observed and that good practice is encouragedPlease apply for more details.
