Our Maintenance Team deal with maintenance issues across our 200 stores, and currently have an opportunity for a Helpdesk operator to log and action these, helping the team equipped, to resolve problems quickly and promptly.As Helpdesk Operator you will support the teams by:- Liaising on the telephone and via email, logging all maintenance issues for actionContacting the relevant contractors with required information to log maintenance issuesChasing overdue jobs with contractors and ensuring all work has been completed, closing down completed jobs on the systemCross checking weekly/ daily contractor reportsProviding weekly and monthly activity reportsAction and logging invoice details Filing, faxing, opening post, photocopying and various other related administration duties as requiredSuitable candidates should demonstrate the following:-Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment we are looking for people who demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills at all levels.You should also possessAt least one years experience in a similar support roleStrong administrative skillsAbility to plan, organise and prioritise work under pressure to meet deadlinesAbility to build strong relationships, influencing and communicating with othersMaintenance/Building services experience (desirable but not essential)Proficient in Excel, Word and other relevant softwareTo apply please send your CV to: lindy.roberts@huntress.co.uk |
