Description:

Telephone and Remote dial-up support on business systems involving investigation and interrogation of SQL Serverdatabases on W2000/2003 Servers, and performance monitoring.Working in a dynamic team environment you must be prepared to work on a flexible shift pattern with some weekend working.You will possess 12 months+ helpdesk/remote support experience in a commercial environment, with Windows and SQL Serverexperience, together with excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Good inter-personal skills, with a "can-do"attitude. Career prospects through to 3rd line support or product specialisation. Based South East Sheffield.
