Description:

: A Helpdesk Support Engineer is required for 1 week to be based in Reading. You will be working for a large company on their helpdesk supporting users. You will be taking calls and solving if possible or escalating to the next level. You will be providing support on MS Office and covering areas such as password re-sets etc. This position would suit someone with a keen interest in computing or a graduate in IT or similar. There is the possibility that this position may be extended for the right candidate. This position is to start ASAP and will pay GBP 72.00 per day (Ltd) or GBP 64.00 per day (Paye).
