Our client has been established for over 20 years as a a market leader in the exhibition and display industry, with areputation for being innovative, and have market-inspiring products. The company is based just outside Bristol, and hasoffices in Germany, France & Belgium.The company culture is best described as no-nonsense and sales driven,achievement is rewarded and the line management isfocused but relaxed in style.Products fall under the broad descriptions of display equipment or exhibition stands, typically ranging from thelower-end GBP 130 banners, through Point-Of-Sale Units and large format graphic panels, to GBP 200,000 exhibition stands,designed and built to order.There is no typical week and no set office day. Sales meetings are held at Bristol once a month.Person Specification1. At least two to three years B2B sales experience, in the exhibition and display industry2. Ideally living on the area.3. Stable home/personal life.4. Place to work at home without distractions.5. Motivation to work from home.6. Full driving licence with no more than three points7. Proof of achieving and exceeding targets8. Stable, checkable, work record.9. Fit & healthy: the demo kit weighs 22kg.10. Experience of a consultative sale11. Exposure to a sales cycle that involves project management and post-sales account management.12. Understanding of basic design principles: education or experience in something arty or engineering13. Exposure to Marketing Departments and how they work / their culture14. Basic computer literacy.PersonalityHungry, focused but very personable.This role involves selling to end-users, dealing up to and including Director level. Client budgets will varyconsiderably, but we are looking for people who can build accounts and find multiple orders in an account.Attention to detail is absolutely necessary; as is the desire to finish projects not just start them.The salary package is highly competitive, and, as well as a generous basic and commission structure, also includes fullyfinanced car, pension, mobile, laptop, and business expenses
