A large Hotel based in Maidstone is looking for a Receptionist who has a friendly and professional approach.The receptionist is responsible for providing a professional front of house service including telephone and switchboard operation, meet and greet functions and general administrative duties. For this role you will be required to check in and out customers, Take reservations over the phone and input them on to the in house data base (training will be given). This is a permanent position working 40hrs a week and the hours of work are Shifts 7-3pm / 3-11pm / 2 nights 11pm -07.00am. There will be rotation of weekends 3 weekends out of 4.
