We are looking for an HR Analyst to join us on a client site in Farnborough. This role involves providing operational HRSupport to members of the Accenture Services unit and the HR Lead.The customer base will include 200+ employees and executives in both union and non-union environments. Employees arelocated across 11 sites in the UK with the majority of the population at the Accenture site in Farnborough.This is a truly generalist role covering 4 key areas. These are recruitment and retention, Training and development,Employee relations and compensation and reward.You will need to be a graduate with one year's generalist experience in HR.
