Our Client, a substantial international B2B services provider is showing outstanding profitable growth particularly inthe FMCG and broader retail sectors. With clear, decisive and people focussed managerial direction, the Company has wonseveral new large contracts and seeks to recruit several operationally focussed HR Managers.Working closely with site management and as part of the senior team the job holder will have full responsibility for theintroduction, development and maintenance of forward thinking HR policies and procedures. He/she will have a fullgeneralist role with responsibility for IR/ER, health and safety, training, resourcing, labour law and manpower planningand development. This is a true business partner role.Ideally CIPD qualified, incumbents must have HR experience in a very fast moving environment, with previous experiencegained in logistics, manufacturing, retail or hospitality sectors. With a strong presence and a can do attitude we seekindividuals who want to make a difference in a challenging environment. Experience of IR and TUPE will be very importantand career opportunities are excellent.
