Job Specification You Will effectively manage your assigned region through effective management techniques and positive liaison skills. Manage the resorting process up within the region to select and retain quality people, while reinforcing a world-wide brand. Develop recruitment and retention strategies for retail and for the region. Implements appropriate, judged solutions to meet businesses HR needs and that support business change Including the development of training initiatives in all areas and HR resources, processes and procedures. To ensure all legislative changes and business changes are implemented. Contribute to the HR budgeting process and manages spend within the region. Identify trends within the region to evaluate the success of initiatives. Person Specification: You MUST have strong HR experience from a retailer or blue chip company. You will have strong influencing skills, incorporating leadership and a drive for excellence. You will have experience of managing HR individuals at some level but the ability to adapt your knowledge and experience to a new business and suggest actions to influence change is of paramount importance.
