We are looking for a bright confident HR professional to support the provision of on-site operational HR support as partof an engagement HR Team based in Knutsford. The role will involve ensuring that people related issues are managedeffectively across the workforce and will include 4 key elements: Annual Processes (Performance, Reward Management,Promotions, ongoing career management across the Engagement), Employee Relations and Communications, Training &Development and the provision of Local HR Processes and Projects across the Engagement.We are looking for CIPD qualified individuals with a minimum of 4 years' generalist experience and hands on employeerelations as well as employment law experience.
