About the roleWe are currently looking to recruit a HR Sales & Marketing Consultant to work for a leading Employment Law and Health andSafety Consultancy based in City Centre Manchester.Job Purpose:To deal with lead generation for the company, booking new business appointments for our field-based Consultants.The Goal:To form as many mutually beneficial marketing plans with intermediaries to advice and protect their clients on a complexpart of running a business. Then calling their clients to set up a consultation with the local consultant.Main Accountabilities:- Telephone, office-based sales-driven.- Appointment-making Role, working in conjunction with external Marketing Consultant.- To ensure achievement of daily targets, i.e. appointment levels, lead generation, seminar activity, client initiatives.- Efficient communication between internal and external sales at all times.Targets:- To book 3 new business appointments per day.- To make a minimum of 40 outbound calls to business prospects.- To reach a minimum of 60 minutes talk-time per day, i.e. actual time spent actively contacting and speaking toprospects.- To achieve 24 new contracts each quarter (3 months).Additional Information:- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.- In-house database, additional resources & full Internet/E-Mail Access given.- One week induction training course (& ongoing).- Sales commission is paid monthly, 1 month in arrears.- Bonus commission is paid quarterly.Benefits:- 27 days holiday pa, increasing to 32 after 5 years service plus Bank Holidays.- Contributory company pension scheme after completion of probation.- Additional 1 weeks pay discretionary, dependant upon reliable attendance at Christmas (on completion of each fullcalendar years service).- Quarterly and annual top performer bonus (GBP 250 Per Quarter, GBP 500 Annual).- Plus GBP 100 per month attendance and punctuality bonus, OTE GBP 32k uncapped bonus.- Quarterly team incentive prize.- Annual company trip abroad for high flyers Recent incentives have lead to staff taken on paid trips to New York,Barcelona & Nice.- Free medical insurance after completion of 5 years service.- Profit Related Pay after 1 years service.Person Specification:- This is a really fast paced environment, but with a work hard/play hard mentality.- B2B experience is pre-requisite (Min. 6 months).- Pro-active and self motivated attitude towards sales targets: Staff are expected to take responsibility for theirindividual targets.- Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature.- Professional and intelligent approach to work.- Good Business acumen, articulate, able to manage themselves.- To suit business needs, staff may be expected to work outside of usual office based hours.Location: ManchesterStart date: 28/11/2005 |
