As the Senior HR Executive reporting to the Managing Director, you will have direct responsibility for strategic HRmanagement, including resource planning, T.U.P.E management, competency, succession and skill planning, to be providedwith a high level of warmth, friendliness and proactive efficient professional ambiance, projecting the quality andstatue of this organisation. Ensuring employee levels are sufficient to meet service delivery requirements, in accordancewith budget, & legislative guidelines.
