Our client is a major US Corporation with a significant presence across Europe. They currently have an excellent careeropportunity for an HR professional to join and compliment their European HR team.Operating from their European HQ in Warwickshire and reporting to the HR Director EMEA, you will have a wide rangingbrief providing a full HR support service to the HQ function, as well as the Sales and Marketing teams and DistributionCentres throughout Europe. A particular key area of responsibility and focus will be on talent recruitment and theassociated ongoing people development. European travel will be necessary, but phone conferencing and email is utilised,where practical, to limit travel as far as possible to "essential" journeys.Graduate calibre and CIPD qualified candidates must be self-reliant and broadly experienced HR Generalists, who haveprobably had multi-site responsibility and are comfortable operating at all levels. Previous experience of European HRand a second European language, would be valuable but is not essential. You should have an empathy for developing people,but above all you must be capable of operating in a demanding multi-national environment and juggling a lot of balls atany one time.
