Our client is currently looking for an IC Product / Test Engineer to be responsible for the development of productiontest solutions of mixed signal devices. The role will involve automation of device characterisation and test solutionverification using rack and stack lab equipment.- Good knowledge of device physics and appreciation of digital and analog architectures- Excellent ATE experience (HP93000 and Teradyne Catalyst)- Knowledge of statistical process control techniques (SPC)- Good knowledge of DFT- Degree level in Electronics, Engineering or equivalentPlease contact us to discuss in full confidence.
