Our client formed by engineers with experience in computer technology, electronics, product design and systems integration. They are an innovative company supplying the education industry with their innovative ITC patented products. Due to the launch of a new IT product our client now requires a new business development manager to sell their products into education, schools, colleges and university. This is an exciting opportunity to sell a niche product in to education and given the strength of our client sales figures, for the right person, you will be able to monopolise upon the market. This is a friendly sales role providing a consultative style sale, selling in to the education market. A large part of your job will be to liase with teachers and academics, building up strong relationships with your clients. You will be giving demonstrations in schools, colleges and university of our client's product to decision makers and buyers. You will be showing how our client innovative product will need the requirements of the buyers and will be soon be an industry standard in all educational institutions. The most important criteria to have the job is that you will have about 3 years field sales experiences selling into education preferable selling a technical product or having a IT background. Further you will be well spoken, articulate and be able to provide a consultative style sale given the nature of the clients you will be dealing with. You will also have a successful proven track record in sales. On offer opportunity to work for a friendly company with an innovative product selling in to education. A basic of GBP 30,000 - GBP 35,000 is provided with a realistic GBP 50,000 - GBP 60,000 OTE given the niche product you will be selling.
