: An aerospace company based in Gwent, South Wales are looking for an Industrial Engineer. The industrial engineer will provide direct Industrial Engineering support to Manufacturing and drive Lean Manufacturing schemes, including identifying opportunities for improvement in various areas including: * Manufacturing, Warehouse and Office space utilisation * Process efficiencies * Production line balancing * Yield maximisation * Inventory management and flow evaluation of processes for waste or non-value add activities etc. The candidate should have at least 3 years experience working as an industrial engineer as well as a basic knowledge of lean manufacturing. They must also be a good teamworker with excellent communication skills. Salary is dependent on age and experience.
