ROLE PURPOSETo professionally deal with all enquiries and to carry out accurate financial fact find with each client.HOURS:Full time: 40 hours per week in accordance with the shift pattern in operation which includes weekend working. Totalflexibility is required for this position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Use all sources to work leads for successful IVAs Carry out a thorough interview with each client in order to ascertain the clients full financial situation. To ask relevant and appropriate questions of the client in order to obtain financial information from the client. To accurately record all the clients earnings and debts adhering to strict Company and OFT guidelines. To identify and advise the client of his/her options. To discuss these options with the client. To pass the client to any appropriate third party giving best advice. To work within OFT and Data Protection guidelines. To meet targets as set by line management To maintain a professional attitude at all times. To carry out reasonable instructions to ensure the viability of the business as directed by line managementSKILLS Excellent Communication skills and telephone manner. Good keyboard and numeric skills. Ability to work under pressure.PERSON SPECIFICATION Professional and reliable at all times. Good team player Able to work on own initiative. Willingness to develop.
