Job title: InstructorResponsible to: Activities Manager1 Basic responsibilities of the job and its primary objectives:To deliver safe and rewarding activity sessions.To ensure the guests receive a first class holiday.To be a role model to our guests and promote the Acorn experience.To assist on the villages under the co-ordination of the Village Manager.To eat on the villages and assist with the delivery of meals to our guests.To assist with the evening activities under the co-ordination of the Village Manager.2 Main duties:To run safe and fun activity sessions.To play an active role in arrivals / departures under the co-ordination of the Village Manager.To undertake other roles on centre as required, i.e. cleaning and maintenance.To take overall responsible for safety on sessions and lead sessions if qualified to do so.To carry out night duty at least once per week.To play a lead role in the montage and demontage of the centre.To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Centre Manager.3 Supervisory and managerial responsibilities:To supervise the guests throughout their stay to ensure their safety at all times.4 Other responsibilities: money, equipment, materials, etc:To maintain the quality of all equipment on sessions and centre equipment in general.To complete centre report forms in line with the job role.To take part in meetings and de-briefs as required.To undertake any training as necessary.
