Job Purpose: To support the Interactive Client Services team in managing and retaining specified key client accounts Ultimately to develop sales amongst the current client baseJob Role:To co-ordinate interactive projects, including e-Learning programs, for key clients. The focus will be on ensuringprojects are completed to the expected quality, timeline and budget.Key Responsibilities: Taking the client brief from or with the Client Services Manager and co-ordinating the internal development process toinclude: Writing project brief Budgeting Critical time plan planning Instructional design brief Creative brief Working with suppliers and Company Partners when required Project management during development Quality control at each stage of the project Develop relationships with colleagues and learn how things work and how to get things done. To manage agreed accounts on a day-to-day basis, dealing initially with e-Learning projects, in order to achievecustomer retention and loyalty to the Company. For this, he/she will need to employ a combination of face-to-face, telephone, email and postal contact in order tomaintain and improve the Company/Client relationship. To quality check all e-products being delivered to specified clients to ensure content and copy meets the project brief To develop interactive ideas and proposals for the current client base, to agreed targets for clients led by the ClientServices Managers/Project Managers.Liaison Internal: Client Service Managers/Project Manager, Account Managers, Technical, Creative, Interactive Ambassador. External: Client, Translation/voice over agency, Outsource developers, FreelancersThe Candidate: Is well organised Is naturally enthusiastic and willing to learn Embraces interactive technology passionate about the Web and its many different uses Has excellent attention to detail Understands the big picture, maintaining a helicopter view of the project throughout its duration Demonstrates a strong business focus Is a team player Enjoys the buzz of juggling several projects at once Exerts consecutive thought i.e. an appreciation of the knock-on effects of decisions within a project Has the capacity to assimilate vast quantities of information
