A promotion has brought about the need for this FMCG business to seek an Interim Finance Director for a period of perhaps6 months. The likely financial focus will be on weekly and monthly profit reporting, projection of revised full yearforecasts and the monitoring (and prompting) of the many and varied profit improvement initiatives which are a continualfeature of the business. The role will however include considerable involvement in commercial and operational decisionmaking as a member of the Executive team.
