The project itself consists of working on the new build and refurb of a GBP 200 million hospital in Essex.The successful candidate will undertake duties such as bills of Quantities, estimating, measuring, final accounts andcontesting claims. However my client is looking for a QS who can also look into the cost validation, business developmentand project management side of the businessRequirements: Professional Memberships are advantageous (RICS or CIOB) BSc in Quantity Surveying or a construction related subject (HND minimum) 7+ years UK Quantity Surveying experience Consultancy and Construction background PFI experience is desirableRef: BC1-5592Services advertised by Project Resource Ltd are those of an agency and/or an employment business. |
