They offer an excellent training scheme designed to train and develop their staff to their full potentialThe job:My client is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to work on large refurbishment projects tobe based in Central London. The team currently consists of a mix of 16 Quantity Surveyors and Project ManagersThe work includes working on prestigious residential and commercial projects valued between GBP 10 million - GBP 12 million. Asthe successful candidate you will have the opportunity to progress to a Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manageror alternatively develop your career into Project ManagementRequirements: Professional Memberships are advantageous (RICS or CIOB) BSc in Quantity Surveying or a construction related subject 5+ years UK Quantity Surveying experience Consultancy/PQS background with experience working on construction and refurbishment projects Experience of JCT forms of contract is essentialRef: RM1-5804Services advertised by Project Resource Ltd are those of an agency and/or an employment business. |
