Since the nineties, they haveexpanded into Europe, and now have over 280 sites across the UK and Europe.They are currently looking to recruit an Internal Auditor to join their European Team.Their Audit Department's European Team is primarily responsible for conducting operational/financial audits of theCompany's operating entities located across Germany, UK and Ireland. Other responsibilities include year-end financialstatement reviews, special projects and investigations, risk assessments, internal control consulting services, processimprovement team consulting services, and information technology audits.As an Internal Auditor, your interpersonal and self-management skills are just as important as your technical skills. Youwill have the opportunity to build upon your project management skills by engaging in audit planning, goal setting, andtime management activities. You will interact with all levels of management to gather and assess information necessary toprovide value-added recommendations to help improve the Company's internal control structure and operations.Formal training programmes and opportunities for self-development are reinforced with on-the-job training to provide youwith a comprehensive understanding of the Company's operations.Qualifications: Degree in Accounting ACCA/ACA part-qualified with commitment to obtain fully qualified status, One to four years of audit experience(public or industry) Proven technical, communication and leadership skills Must be willing to travel approximately 25% and to relocate for possible future opportunities and advancement. Fluency in German is a plus |
